Good questions.

The things everyone asks, answered.

RSVP

When do I need to RSVP by?

Kindly respond as soon as possible, no later than January 14. You can still come back and update your response later if your plans change.

RSVP

How do I RSVP?

Go to the RSVP page and type your name to find your invitation. If you can't find your name, try your cell number instead. You can fill out your response and change it later if your plans change.

Plus-one

Can I bring a plus one?

It depends on your invitation. Find your name on the RSVP page and it will show you exactly who's included.

Children

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance so you can celebrate with us.

Attire

What should I wear?

Semi-formal attire is requested. The ceremony is outdoors on grass with an indoor reception to follow, so a light sweater or jacket for the cooler evening and footwear suitable for grass are both good ideas. See Details for more.

Setting

Is the ceremony outdoors?

Yes, the ceremony is outdoors on the grass, followed by an indoor reception. If the weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony will be moved indoors.

Arrival

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 3:30 pm Central. Please plan to be seated by 3:15 pm. Note that Southport is in the Central time zone, not Eastern.

Food

What food will be served?

Dinner will be served buffet-style. The current planned menu includes grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a strawberry feta garden salad, with sausage balls and a fruit and cheese platter served beforehand. Mini cheesecake rounds will be served around the cake cutting. Guests with significant dietary restrictions or food allergies are encouraged to review the options and plan accordingly. The food is prepared by an outside caterer, so we can't guarantee any item is completely free of specific allergens or cross-contact.

Venue

Where is the venue?

Willow Point, 3910 Edwards Road, Southport, Florida 32409. The ceremony and reception both happen there, so you only need to arrive once.

Stay

Where should I stay?

Hotel Indigo Panama City Marina is our recommended hotel for wedding guests, and we have a group rate there: $115 plus tax per night for a standard room and $125 plus tax for a balcony room, for stays February 18 to 22, 2027. Please book by January 19. The booking link and details are on the travel page.

Transportation

What about getting around?

Travel accommodations are currently being discussed. We will share the details here as soon as plans are confirmed.

Gifts

Do you have a registry?

Your presence is the gift, and nothing else is expected. If you'd like to contribute anyway, our Honeymoon Fund is now live on the registry page, where you can give by Venmo, Zelle, or card.
